In 2020, Atlantic County Executive Dennis Levinson invited the county’s 23 municipalities to explore the feasibility of a countywide municipal court as a shared service initiative to reduce costs and duplication and provide tax relief to county residents. Prior to completing the Plea by Mail form, please contact the court at to determine your eligibility. This includes but is not limited to: general questions to the court, a request for an adjournment, a completed Financial Questionnaire, or a Notice of Appearance. You may submit certain correspondence or completed forms to the municipal court through the Judiciary Electronic Documents Submission (JEDS) system.

If your ticket was previously scheduled for court, please contact our office for further assistance. If not completed in the 5-day time frame, your case will no longer be eligible for Online Dispute and you will receive a new pay-by-date or may call the court to receive a court date. You have 5 days to respond to the Prosecutor. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE - Once submitted, the Prosecutor will review your case and make an offer.
